Pietra Gray Marble

Pietra Gray Marble With stunning dark background and distinctive veins throughout its surface, has become one of the most popular and best-selling marbles in the international market. This stone is one of the types of sedimentary rocks that have carbonate material. In other words, most of this rock is composed of the mineral calcite (calcium carbonate). The predominant dark color in this stone is due to the presence of organic and carbonaceous by-products.

But one of the salient features of this stone is the presence of fractures that are usually filled with white materials such as calcite or secondary quartz. These veins have given unbeatable beauty to the marble.
